As an architect, I want the Event Management Service to comply with all architecture standards from ADR-001, OpenAPI Generator patterns, and shared-kernel integration, so that the service is consistent, maintainable, and follows established patterns across the platform.

IMPORTANT: This is a REFACTORING STORY. Story 1.15a.1 already implemented the Event Management Service with all CRUD operations, filtering, caching, and 51 passing tests. This story brings that implementation to full architecture compliance.

Architecture Compliance Gaps (to fix in this story):

❌ Event entity uses UUID as public ID (should use eventCode pattern like “BATbern56”)
❌ Manual DTOs (should use OpenAPI Generator)
❌ Custom exceptions don’t fully extend shared-kernel hierarchy
❌ No DomainEventPublisher from shared-kernel (likely custom event publishing)
❌ Domain events may not extend DomainEvent with full metadata
❌ OpenAPI spec defines ErrorResponse/PaginationMetadata locally (should import from shared-kernel)
❌ No schema validation test against architecture
