Resolution Applied:

Updated application-test.yml to properly exclude Flyway autoconfiguration
Added @Import(FlywayTestConfig.class) to all integration tests to explicitly disable Flyway
Verified H2 in-memory database compatibility across all test suites

Fix Applied: Updated test assertions at line 251 to check $.data path and verify pagination metadata
Result: Test now passing ✅

Issue 2 - EventPublishingIntegrationTest.shouldNotPublishEvent_whenUpdateFails():

Root Cause: CompanyService.updateCompany() allowed duplicate company names without validation
Fix Applied: Added duplicate name validation check in updateCompany() method (lines 124-130 in CompanyService.java)
Result: Test now passing ✅
